Introduction:
Querya is an AI-powered semantic search system designed to help users retrieve accurate, context-aware information from vast collections of AI and Machine Learning resources. Unlike traditional keyword-based search tools, Querya leverages modern NLP techniques to understand the intent behind user queries and deliver relevant content from technical documents, transcripts, and articles.
Challenge:
Traditional search systems struggle to extract meaningful information from unstructured
AI/ML documents. These challenges include:
● Documents are scattered across formats like PDFs, articles, and transcripts
● Keyword-based search fails for complex, concept-based queries
● Manual content navigation is time-consuming and error-prone
The goal was to build a pipeline that:
● Extracts and preprocesses unstructured AI/ML content
● Generates semantic embeddings for understanding context
● Enables natural language querying using vector search

Solution:
Querya solves the challenge of searching unstructured AI/ML content by using NLP-based semantic search. It processes PDFs and transcripts, generates embeddings with OpenAI, stores them in Pinecone, and retrieves context-aware answers via a simple web UI—making technical content easy to explore.
Conclusion:
Querya transforms the way users interact with AI and ML content by delivering intelligent, intent-based search results. With its seamless workflow and smart architecture, it enables faster, more accurate access to complex technical knowledge—paving the way for smarter learning and research.
